Packets may be
picked up from 3 PM
until 9 PM on
September 13, 2013.
There will be two
lines. If you
registered online,
proceed to the
Pre-Registration line.
If you are
registering at
packet pick-up,
proceed to the Late
Registration line.
All participants
must show photo
identification and
have available a
current USA
Triathlon membership
card at packet
pick-up or proof of
purchasing a 1-day
membership. NO
PHOTO ID, NO RACE,
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Photo ID and
membership is a USA
Triathlon regulation
and is required for
their sanctioning of
the race. If
you registered
online with ImAthlete, we will
have proof of your 1
day or USAT
membership available
at packet pick-up
but we suggest that
you still bring your
USAT membership card
and proof of
registration.
All of
the members of a
relay team must pick
up their packet
together at the same
time. Packets
cannot be given
until all members of
a team show a photo
ID.
You may also
sign up or register
at packet pick-up!
Registration at
packet pick-up is
$90 for an
individual and $180
for a relay.
We cannot accept
credit cards to pay
for race
registration but you
can pay with cash or
a check made out to East Texas
Triathletes.
You can pay for the USAT membership via
credit card, cash,
or check. An
Adult Annual
membership to USAT
is $45 and a 1-day
license is $12.
A Youth Annual
membership to USAT
is $15 and a 1-day
youth license is $10.
Checks for the USAT
membership should be
made out to USAT.
If you are paying
for a registration
and for your USAT
membership by check,
there must be
two separate checks.
We strongly
encourage
participants who
live nearby in the
Tyler / Longview /
Jacksonville /
Athens area
to pick up your
packets on Friday.
Race-morning pick-up
is not suggested but
will be offered to
those in the
Dallas/Shreveport/Texarkana
(or further driving
distance) areas. If you
plan to pick up your
packet on race
morning, you must
inform Duke
Gill via e-mail at
dukeg@aol.com.
