Swim course

The swim is out and back from the dam and just a few yards from friendly volunteers in kayaks.  Spectators will be able to view and photograph swimmers from shore during the entire distance.  Click HERE for a satellite view of the swim course.

Bike Course

The scenic bike course is challenging with beautifully shaded, rolling hills.  The hills are short with ample recovery time downhill before the next short climb.  This will be your favorite bike course! Click HERE for a satellite view of the bike course.

Run Course
